• kitchen with double hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle
• bathroom with shower and toilet
• terrace furniture and car parking space next to the house
• delivery Baby travel bed possible (for small children up to 3 years)
• electric heating

Hints:

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
• allow only to specified maximum occupancy
• pets are not allowed
• basic price per cottage and night regardless of people staying overnight
• extra costs according to consumption (see prices)
• from 7 nights in season A or 3 nights in season B / C: 1 spa visit at the Avenida Therme (4 hours per person) inclusive
• on the day of departure: please leave the house swept, kitchen cleaned and dishes washed
